An LLM or other Generative AI model can deliver relevant and accurate responses unique to the business by 'fine tuning' it on proprietary data. Applications could include automating document review and developing sophisticated knowledge management systems, among many others.

We are determining how these models function and respond to various methods of prompting them. By creating systems to aid individuals in sending more effective prompts, models can become more valuable assistants. Those leading to best practices must then be institutionalized within the organization.

LLMs lack the math and statistics skills necessary for building predictive models. By combining the language generation capabilities of an LLM with the mathematical rigor of a predictive model, you can create highly customized content that influences behavior.

These models will not always be accurate, nor will their responses always be suitable. Supervising responses in a managed manner will reduce risk and improve the model and establish a scalable method for capturing institutional knowledge.
